Volunteer Club

At King's we have a high commitment to serving our community at large. As such, we have established the Volunteer Club which works with different agencies within the Halton and Hamilton areas.

Currently we are working with Olive Branch Christian Ministries in Hamilton serving and preparing lunch for friends of the centre once a month. Students are given the opportunity to spend time with friends of the centre listening to their stories and serving them a hearty lunch. We also lead the centre in a time of worship, singing songs, giving a devotional address, and spending time in prayer with them.

The second agency that King's is partnering up with is Kerr Street Ministries in Oakville. We are working with them in their afterschool program where we will be organizing and implementing games, activities, songs, and crafts for approximately 40 children.
