Applying to King's
Enrolment Process
Early admission to King's Christian Collegiate is granted to families who complete the following steps by mid-January of the academic year for which they are applying. Early acceptance letters for September 2008 enrolment will be mailed by Friday, February 1, 2008.
Follow the following steps to enroll a student in King's. Click on one
of the links below to download the appropriate King's Student Admission
Package. The Admission Package contains all necessary forms for enrolment.
- Arrange for an interview between the parent(s),
the student and the principal
- Submit completed Membership Application
- Submit completed Admission Application (2 pages)
- Submit copies of the last two academic reports
from present school
- Submit completed Memorandum of Understanding
- SUbmit comleted "Parental Agreement"
- Submit completed “Tuition Authorization” form
(circle appropriate tuition rate fee and check choice of payment)
- Submit capital levy ($3,500) and membership fees for enrolling year and first year of attendance ($600) for a total of $4,100
- Submit completed applicable "Pre-Authorized Payment" Form
or cheques dated for July 1, 2009 and/or December 1, 2009...
- Submit completed “OSR Request” form
- Submit completed “Halton Region Health Department” form
- Principal approves admission
- Family receives letter confirming admission

Print the Admission Package, read all the documents
