Board of Directors

 

Mrs. Dianne Collins has been a member of King's Christian Collegiate since its inception. She was a member of the original prayer team, has served on the Education Committee for seven years and has three children, including two King's graduates and one enrolled at King's. Previously Dianne served a four-year term on the Oakville Christian School Board of Directors. Dianne is an engineer who is a Manager of Quality Support at Dofasco. She and her husband Michael attend Harvest Bible Chapel and are enthusiastic about serving our risen Lord and Saviour.

Mrs. Denise Heideman and her husband Andrew reside in Oakville with Matthew (Grade 12) and Cole (Grade 10) at King’s and attend ClearView Christian Reformed Church. Denise has an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph. Andrew and Denise own and operate a State Farm Insurance office in Oakville

Mr. Robert M. Putman, CA, CF, has been involved with King’s since its inception and has held a variety of roles including Treasurer, Board Member and Advisory Board Member. Bob and his family attend The Meeting House in Oakville. Bob and his wife Debbie have three daughters: Rachel and Brittany are King’s graduates and Alexis attends King’s in Grade 10. Bob is the former Chief Financial Officer of Legacy Hotels Real Estate Investment Trust. He is currently on sabbatical and is working on his Masters of Theological Studies at Tyndale Seminary.

 

Mr. Robert Scott and his wife, Judith, have been members of the King’s community from the beginning. Their three children have attended King’s. Jordan has since graduated from Calvin College, MI and has accepted a position at Notre Dame University in their doctoral program. Bridget is currently attending Calvin and Graeme is at Trinity Christian College in Chicago on a baseball scholarship. Rob is Vice President of 247 Security Inc and has devoted much of his community time to the development of young athletes. Rob has served on the Sandlot Canada Baseball Board, the Hamilton-Wentworth Industry Education Council and several industry related boards. The family attends St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Oakville.

Mr. Spence Williams and his wife Linda have been members of King’s community since inception. They attend the Meeting House in Oakville where they are members of the greeting team. Spence was part of the King’s building community which oversaw the construction of the second phase of the school that was complete in 2007. He is currently overseeing the Music Conservatory construction at King’s. He is a civil engineer who retired in 2004 as president of an industrial construction firm. Spence and Linda have four adult children and five grandchildren.
